WHO WE ARE
The Charles County Women's Democratic Club PAC brings together members of all genders and non-conforming people to help elect Democrats, advocate on county, state, and local issues, educate our community on critical issues, and build collective power to secure the future of our party.
We work towards this goal by partnering with other clubs, organizations, and elected officials; advocating for bold, pragmatic solutions to our county and state needs; and making our programs and events accessible and open to all.
FULFILLING THE AMERICAN DREAM
To build this vision, we bring an anti-racist, social justice lens to the issues of:
- Expanding Voter Education;
- Increasing Voter Registration;
- Building Community Capacity and Knowledge;
- Lobby for legislation on the local, state, and federal level and;
- Getting Democratic leaders elected to office.
Additionally, we promote social and economic justice through the lenses of health care, the environment, education, and equitable access to economic opportunities.
